Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement new features for a mission-critical pre-trade and trading platform using C#/.NET
Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and fellow developers to deliver business-driven enhancements
Participate actively in agile ceremonies (Scrum / Kanban) to support iterative and high-quality delivery
Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including application design, user guides, and deployment procedures
Provide ongoing production support and maintenance, investigating issues, resolving incidents, and implementing improvements
Contribute to the stability, performance, and scalability of real-time trading applications in a global environment

Required

10+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in C#
Proven experience working in an agile development environment (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
Prior exposure to front-office or pre-trade systems within investment banking or capital markets
Solid understanding of fixed income products, including bonds, repos, loans, and interest rate derivatives
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex functional requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams
