Responsibilities

Leading construction execution across multiple U.S. markets and campuses
Owning capital delivery outcomes, including CAPEX planning, forecasting, and variance control
Driving standardized approaches to pre-construction, procurement, and delivery at scale
Building and leading a high-caliber team of regional construction leaders
Managing third-party partners, contractors, and program management resources
Supporting customer commitments tied to lease and delivery milestones
Partnering closely with finance, development, and operations to ensure seamless handover
Providing executive-level insight into cost drivers, site constraints, and optimization opportunities
Embedding lessons learned and continuous improvement into future builds

Required

Senior construction leadership experience within data centers or mission-critical facilities
Deep understanding of civil, structural, architectural and MEP delivery in complex environments
Proven track record delivering large, capital-intensive projects across multiple regions
Strong commercial acumen - comfortable owning budgets, forecasts, and contractor strategy
Ability to lead through influence, clarity, and accountability
Comfortable operating in fast-growth, high-expectation environments
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
15+ years in construction delivery, including senior leadership responsibility
Experience managing distributed teams and national contractor ecosystems
Willingness to travel extensively across active project sites
