Responsibilities
Lead and execute testing for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud across iPad/handheld devices and desktop platforms
Develop high quality test cases based on functional user stories for multiple markets
Conduct Functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), End to End (E2E), Regression, and Automation testing in the QA Sandbox environment
Perform test execution in both manual and automation frameworks to ensure comprehensive coverage
Identify test cases suitable for automation and support script development and execution in collaboration with the offshore automation team
Review automation output, guide enhancements, and ensure optimal regression suite coverage
Support performance testing activities within the pre production sandbox environment
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including test data setup, execution oversight, and end user engagement
Manage defect triage and defect lifecycle in pre production environments
Act as the primary onsite QE contact for client teams, including Business Analysts, Product Owners, SMEs, and engineering partners
Participate in sprint ceremonies, requirement walkthroughs, and story refinement discussions
Communicate testing progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans in a timely and structured manner
Provide daily leadership, guidance, and clarifications to offshore testing teams
Ensure alignment on sprint goals, test coverage expectations, and execution timelines
Review offshore deliverables and ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
Own QE governance processes including defect governance, triage meetings, quality dashboards, and status reporting
Ensure compliance with project testing methodologies, standards, and documentation practices
Provide testing sign off for releases upon successful completion of quality gates
Communicate progress, risks, resource needs, and timeline impacts proactively
Qualification
Required
7–8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing roles
Hands on experience testing Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or Salesforce Field Service/Client domain implementations
Strong experience with iPad/handheld device testing, particularly for Salesforce mobile apps
Extensive hands-on experience in automation testing
Proficiency in Functional, E2E, Integration, Regression, and Automation testing
Experience working in Agile delivery environments with multi market user stories
Excellent understanding of defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
Experience coordinating with offshore QE teams in a distributed delivery model
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client facing experience
