The successful candidate will engage in high-potential research, collaborate with faculty and doctoral students, and contribute to teaching and mentorship efforts.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate a productive, high-potential, and active research record in strategic management broadly defined

Collaborate with faculty and doctoral students

Guide doctoral student dissertations

Exhibit expertise and emerging leadership in strategy research, including technology and innovation

Demonstrate proven teaching abilities at all levels and collegiality in service roles

Mentor doctoral students and publish in top-tier journals

Qualification

Required

PhD in management, entrepreneurship, or closely related areas

ABD applicants who expect to complete their PhD by August 2026 are also eligible to apply

Evidence of research productivity and potential, including publications in top tier journals in strategic management and/or entrepreneurship and work in progress

Evidence of teaching effectiveness

Evidence of collegiality and willingness to serve in service roles and to mentor doctoral students

Preferred

Experience guiding doctoral student dissertations
