Responsibilities
Be a subject matter expert on Redfin’s Partner Business Funnel
Leverage your analytical expertise to deliver simple answers to complex, ambiguous questions
Excel at stakeholder communication and translating analytics findings into strategic action
Collaborate with team members across Brokerage and Partner analytics to review analyses, code, and dashboards to ensure high fidelity deliverables that answer the right questions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in building reports, tables, and performing multi-faceted business analysis and presentations
5+ years of SQL experience at a complex level
Advanced Skillset with Tableau, R and/or Python
You are a natural story teller. You know how to connect the dots and deliver concise messages (both written and verbal) to stakeholders that drive business decisions
You understand the complexities and interactions between data sets, reports, tables, business groups, and how they impact the business objectives and outcomes
You have a background in breaking down complex problems into simplified narratives for non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in statistics, computer science, or a related field
Preferred
Expertise using AI code generation tools tools such as Snowflake Intelligence and GitHub CoPilot highly desired
Real Estate industry experience is highly desired
