Information Technology Support Specialist

Radiant Systems Inc is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide comprehensive IT support for user laptops and laboratory PCs. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting new hires, and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Escalate issue to next level of support, as needed
Provide new hire, PC refreshes, and phone deployments
Provide support for audio visual meetings
Provide all necessary technical support to confirm continued laboratory operations
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Escalate issue to next level of support, as needed
Provide new hire, PC refreshes, and phone deployments
Setting up, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining quality control for laboratory equipment
Maintain inventory for laboratory systems and performance and any maintenance as defined by Client
Gather requirements for new laboratory systems
Coordinate solution development with Client solution architects
Coordinate engagement tasks completion based on an implementation plan created by Client solution teams
Create a support run book for each system implemented
Confirm proper standard operating procedures, change management and documentation is created and followed
Function as a service delivery manager that confirms engagement and task priorities are aligned with business stakeholder requirements
