Responsibilities
Support hourly and daily quality management across corporate and catering operations programs
Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures
Master internal tools to monitor performance and operational quality
Interact regularly with customers, merchants, and delivery partners to resolve issues and gather insights
Identify fulfillment challenges early and help prevent widespread operational issues
Contribute to launching and supporting new pilot initiatives
Support emerging operations programs through continuous monitoring and improvement efforts
Maintain high service quality in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Qualification
Required
Availability to work Wednesday through Sunday, with full weekend coverage required
Ability to work EST hours in a remote environment
Experience using Slack or similar collaboration tools
Bilingual in Spanish
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and contexts
Experience in logistics, delivery operations, or customer service environments
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
