Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops on all technical items
Ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed
Track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations
Ensure the technical scope is delivered on time and budget and meets our quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience
Strong leadership and management skills
Outstanding communication and customer relationship management skills
Solid knowledge in SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology
Solid understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities
Expert understanding of at least two of the following workstreams: Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions; specifically, HCM Cloud, inbound and outbound capabilities as well as reporting and extensions
Ability to create strategy documents for all major technical activities, using standard templates and tools
Ability to provide solutions adhering to best practices
Client relationship management skills including active listening, consensus-building, and using a consultative approach
Team leadership skills to lead and mentor a team of cloud analysts and consultants
Effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Technical support facilitation to clients
Sales Pursuit Support including conducting technical discovery sessions and participating in sales presentations
Drive Innovation and contribute/lead initiatives as part of communities of practice and cross-functional teams
Continuous improvement identification in cloud solutions and processes
Advanced understanding of OCI and ability to design and implement secure and scalable OCI architectures
Expert in Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions
Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering technical tracks and customizing reusable assets for faster deployments
Advanced skills in integrations and demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC)
Advanced skills in reporting and analytics, including developing complex BI reports
Experience in customizations such as developing custom objects, workflows, and Groovy scripts
Experience in OIC, VBCS, Process Cloud, ATP
Demonstrated experience in security: IDCS and security standards, SOS, SAML, OAUTH
Experienced in security policies, segregation of duties, and compliance
Experience and clear understanding of functional concepts in Oracle HCM Cloud
Ability to design scalable and efficient cross-functional solutions
Project management skills including planning, tracking scope, and managing resources
Customer relationship building and leading technical discussions
Staying up to date with emerging cloud technologies and best practices
Driving technical activities of cloud projects from start to finish
Industry expertise is highly desired
Position is remote within the US with 50 - 75% travel

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
