Responsibilities

Work on a focused project to teach you the fundamentals of the software development lifecycle and give you an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution
Develop new and innovative technology in an agile environment that solves interesting problems
Collaborate with the brightest technical minds in building software products while leveraging advanced technology, researching groundbreaking concepts, and influencing new ideas to transform the aviation ecosystem
Learn alongside our industry’s most talented engineers and receive focused mentorship and guidance
Attend daily team standup meetings and have regular one-on-one check-ins with your leader and mentor

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline

Preferred

Academic and/or prior work experience with programming languages, including functional languages
Completed coursework in core computer science concepts such as object-oriented design, algorithm design, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
An obsession with writing elegant, high-quality, well-tested code; ideally languages such as Rust, Go, & Python
Ability to analyze complex issues, reason, think critically, and synthesize information
Flexible mindset and demonstrated ability to grow skillset and work across a robust and varied technology stack
