Responsibilities
Eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder’s business needs using a variety of analysis techniques and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development including but not limited to eliciting functional requirements, non-functional requirements, report requirements, and business rules
Creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including end user documentation, specifically business cases, business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, report mockups, wire frames, and flow diagrams
Facilitating requirement workshops, such as JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs
Managing requirements throughout the requirements management lifecycle, including creation and execution of a requirements management plan, requirements traceability matrix, establishing requirements baselines and managing requirements change control
Creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing
Qualification
Required
84 months experience eliciting then analyzing the stakeholder's business needs using a variety of analysis techniques and converting those into verified and validated functional and non-functional requirements for development including but not limited to eliciting functional requirements, non-functional requirements, report requirements, and business rules
84 months experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for communication of requirements, including end user documentation, specifically business cases, business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, report mockups, wire frames, and flow diagrams. In addition, context diagrams, textual use cases, swim lane diagrams, report specifications, wireframes, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements specification
84 months experience facilitating requirement workshops, such as JAD sessions and structured walkthroughs
72 months experience managing requirements throughout the requirements management lifecycle, including creation and execution of a requirements management plan, requirements traceability matrix, establishing requirements baselines and managing requirements change control
60 months experience creating test plans and test cases and working with users on User Acceptance Testing
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
Must be a current resident of the United States
Must have current work authorization for the United States
Must be a direct hire, either as W-2 employees to Comtello or C2C through their own established company
