NextGen Program Coordinator
The University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science is seeking a NextGen Program Coordinator responsible for orchestrating program activities and monitoring contractual performance. This role involves reviewing complex requirements, conducting research, and coordinating activities to support the program governance.

Orchestration of NextGen Program activities
Monitoring the program’s contractual performance
Review and interpret complex requirements
Conduct related research
Spot anomalies and prioritize actions
Synthesize disparate information sources to extract relevance
Alert decision makers to significance and/or needed action
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Knowledge of best practices in organization, administration, and customer service
Knowledge of proper protocol in dealing with confidential information
Skill in oral and written communication
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
Ability to multitask while demonstrating a commitment to customer service
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, Contract Management, or a related subject
Two (2) years of progressively responsible related experience including strong data entry, calendar management, document management, correspondence development, and financial administration skills
Experience with Public-Private Partnerships
Contract management experience
Smartsheet experience
