F-5QA Aircrew Training Manager
Boeing Aerospace Operations is seeking a First Line Leader for the F-15QA, responsible for leading a team of training professionals supporting the F-15QA formal training program. The role involves managing flight instructors, collaborating with international teams, and ensuring the effectiveness of training operations.

Responsibilities
Lead a diverse team of F-15QA flight instructors, academic/sim instructors, and operations support team conducting a formal flight training program in Qatar
Work closely with other training functions, including US Government contracting office representatives, foreign military partners, Boeing US-based and international teams, and sub-contractors
Maintain flight currencies in the F-15QA as an Instructor Pilot or Instructor Weapons System Officer
Serves as the Chief Instructor for all formal QEAF operations training syllabi
Support project planning and status activities including proposals, estimates, scheduling, and business systems status inputs for multiple contracts and deliveries
Evaluates business requirements against cost, schedule and technical constraints
Understand, support, and apply agile principles, practices, and processes
Manage personnel and team development
Set expectations, performance, and compensation of direct reports
Coach employees on technical, functional, team skills, and career goals
Support hiring activities, staff forecasting, and staffing to plan
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree or higher
Fully qualified in fighter operations (F-15E/S/SA/K/SG, F-15C, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, or other fighter/attack aircraft) with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as an instructor providing academics in either the military or as a civilian instructor
5+ years of experience as a high performance fighter/attack aircrew with appropriate experience as Wingman, Element Lead, Flight Lead, Instructor Pilot, Weapons System Operator; Flight Examiner, Mission Commander or Pilot in Command
Current Army or Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Class II Flight Physical
This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Preferred
Current and qualified F-15QA Flight Instructor
3+ years of experience working contracts with U.S. Department of Defense and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers
Experience as a FTU (Formal Training Unit) Instructor Pilot
Previous experience as an Aviation Squadron Commander or higher
