Workday Financials Administrator
DMA - DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. is an employee-owned company focused on employee well-being and work/life balance. They are seeking a Workday Financials Administrator responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of the Workday Financials system, acting as a liaison between Finance, HR, and IT to ensure the system meets business needs.
Accounting
Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Workday Financials modules, including Reporting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Assets, Procurement, and Banking & Settlement
Configure and optimize Workday Financials functionality to meet evolving business requirements
Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
Manage system updates, releases, and testing cycles
Provide end-user support and training for Workday Financials features and processes
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies through system configuration and workflows
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within Workday
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience administering Workday Financials or similar ERP systems
Strong understanding of financial processes and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
Experience with Workday financial reporting modules
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience in a mid-to-large organization
Workday Financials certification
Expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Prism
Familiarity with integration tools and data migration
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
