Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities
Analyze customer‑reported defects on inventory
Monitor daily productivity, SOP compliance, KPI performance, and invoicing
Interact with the customer daily to ensure clear communication and strong satisfaction
Serve as a liaison between the company and the customer, building and maintaining positive relationships
Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP and EWM is beneficial
Prepare reports related to production, quality, safety, timeliness, staffing, maintenance, and discrepancies
Investigate and resolve quality‑related issues in a timely and accurate manner
Complete additional tasks assigned by the customer and/or Quality Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Experience in transportation, logistics, or a distribution‑center environment
Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Moderate proficiency with office‑based software
Able to maintain a standard 40‑hour workweek while working a flexible schedule when needed
Preferred
Experience with SAP and EWM
