6+ years expeTeam is looking for a Resource Deployment Manager (RDM) responsible for strategic resource planning and deployment to ensure timely project delivery across professional services and consulting engagements. This role collaborates with Project Managers and external suppliers to align workforce capacity with business demand while maintaining high standards of accuracy and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end resource planning, allocation, and deployment across multiple projects
Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure resources are aligned with project timelines and delivery commitments
Identify and proactively communicate resourcing risks, gaps, and conflicts impacting project schedules
Coordinate project staffing with internal teams and external suppliers/vendors
Maintain accurate resource data, documentation, and reporting to support decision-making
Develop and deliver clear written and analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Utilize business analytics tools (Tableau, Smartsheet, automation tools) to analyze large datasets and optimize resource utilization
Support Human Capital Management initiatives including forecasting, workforce planning, and capacity analysis
Ensure compliance with resourcing processes, standards, and best practices
Qualification
Required
6-10+ years of experience in resource management, project staffing, or professional services consulting
Strong background in resource deployment, project staffing, and supplier management
Excellent technical writing, editing, and documentation skills
Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
Experience with Tableau, Smartsheet, and workflow automation tools
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Resource Management Certified Professional (RClientP)
