Operate a Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV 8-color press with advanced automation features
Operate and maintain the Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV press to meet production goals
Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues quickly and effectively
Monitor job specifications and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and minimize downtime
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Press Operator (sheetfed experience required)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work overnight hours and maintain consistent attendance
Excellent interpersonal communication skills required
Excellent organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Will be required to wear closed-toe shoes
Preferred
Sheet Fed Press operator: 5 years
