Design liquid cooling components such as cold plates, manifolds, hoses, and enclosures
Create 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks or CATIA
Work with the thermal and electrical teams to improve cooling performance
Support prototype builds and testing
Communicate with suppliers and support production readiness
Qualification
Required
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience in liquid cooling design (battery cooling or data center cooling preferred)
Hands-on experience with SolidWorks or CATIA
Basic knowledge of heat transfer and fluid flow
Good communication and teamwork skills
