Responsibilities
Own the successful execution of the project's electrical scope
Manage the overall construction effort, focusing on safety, productivity, material efficiency, scheduling, and contractual performance
Develop and implement project procedures and standards in collaboration with project management
Champion site-wide safety, conducting regular reviews and audits of safety documentation (PTAs, TSOs)
Verify material specifications and proper storage
Oversee all electrical and instrumentation installation, including calibration, loop checks, point-to-point checks, and system testing
Develop punch lists and verify current drawing revisions are used in the field
Direct and manage subcontractors to maintain compliance with the project schedule and contractual obligations
Track and verify progress based on installed quantity and work hours
Assess future work using 3-week lookaheads to identify potential concerns and maximize workflow efficiency
Maintain daily field reports and photo documentation of progress
Create marked-up and as-built drawings and assist with answering RFIs
Build effective relationships with clients, A/E representatives, and subcontractors
Authorize purchase requisitions and field design change requests under management supervision
Supervise the installation and testing of all electrical components, including: raceway, cable tray, ductbank, grounding, switchgear, transformers, low/medium voltage equipment, motors, heat tracing, and instrumentation
Interpret isometric, structural drawings, and P&IDs

Required
11+ years of construction management or craft supervision experience on electrical projects
Must meet company driving requirements
