Responsibilities
Meet with investment officers and anticipate monthly needs regarding compliance reviews and the creation of any needed documentation such as concentration letters, retention letters, and Investment Policy Statements
Communicate with clients as needed regarding compliance related items
Assist investment officers with financial planning data entry, investment research reports, or other client deliverable tasks
Create investment reports as needed for client meetings
Attend and participate in pre-call meetings
Qualification
Required

Proficient with computer software and Microsoft Office Suite
Team oriented with the ability to adapt and prioritize quickly to changing department needs
Ability to take direction and multitask
Ability to stay organized
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
No industry experience required
Undergraduate degree in business such as finance, economics, or accounting
Participation in CFA, or CFP program
3 years industry experience
