Responsibilities
Collaborate with teams to translate business requests into functional and technical requirements
Influence the delivery approach
Create moderately complex artifacts such as documentation, data flow diagrams, and context diagrams to support the design, development, and implementation of new systems and system enhancements
Identify, investigate, and resolve business and technical challenges in the designs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted
Preferred
Experience with gathering IT requirements for a policy lifecycle (i.e., Quoting/Servicing a policy), billing, and/or payments
Ability to work in Azure Dev Ops (AzDO) and in an Agile/Scrum team environment, and collaborate with developers on technical features
Experience presenting/working with Senior IT Leaders, Business Partners, other Platforms, and vendors
Experience with relational databases and any experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Knowledge of API development or delivery, enterprise security standards, and Splunk and/or AppDynamics
