Responsibilities
Managing and monitoring foreign-trade zone (FTZ) compliance, documentation, and processes
Maintaining accurate records
Preparing reports
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Collaborating with internal teams to optimize FTZ operations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in regulatory compliance and understanding of FTZ operational requirements
Knowledge of documentation processes, record-keeping, and reporting standards
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize FTZ operations
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with teams across various departments
Attention to detail and accuracy in managing compliance and legal documentation
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for FTZ management and reporting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
Experience in FTZ operations, import/export regulations, and working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations
