Responsibilities
Ensuring that the organization’s educational services are compliant with North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NC DPI) regulations, licensing standards, and federal/state education laws
Ensuring quality educational programming
Compliance monitoring
Advocacy for students’ educational rights
Working closely with Local Education Agencies (LEAs), facility leadership, educators, and families to support student success and smooth educational transitions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field
Strong knowledge of NC DPI regulations, IDEA, Section 504, and FAPE requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in educational compliance, special education services, or program administration
Experience working with LEAs, multidisciplinary teams, and regulatory agencies
Valid NC Driver's License
Preferred
Master's Degree
