Responsibilities
Execute the placement of transactions for futures and alternative assets
Primary contact person for clients and investment sponsors as needed to complete transactions
Supports and guides clients through the investment process consistent with IRS rules and regulations
Responds to client or sponsor inquiries on how to make an investment and/or the status of transactions in progress
Assists clients as needed with regards to IRA requirements and Internal Revenue Service Code including prohibited transactions and complex investment scenarios
Serves as a backup Real Estate Specialist
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to solve issues and multi-task while handling client requests
Excellent organizational skills
Strong computer aptitude with proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Strong working knowledge of investment transactions and/or experience with processing cash movements
Strong initiative and willingness to seek out additional work and/or responsibilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain the highest quality of customer service
Demonstrate the ability to proactively analyze, problem-solve, and make quick sound decisions
Ability to work well with others
Preferred
IRA knowledge and experience with alternative investments preferred
