Lead and deliver ServiceNow programs across multiple modules
Act as technical liaison between business and delivery teams
Manage program roadmap, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Review technical designs, integrations, and customizations
Drive Agile delivery, releases, and executive reporting
Qualification
Required
6+ years ServiceNow experience with hands-on development background
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
Experience managing large ServiceNow implementations
Agile / Scrum delivery experience
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS)
ITIL knowledge
