Responsibilities
Manage and respond to a high-volume, time-sensitive email queue while maintaining compliance and service standards
Process account updates accurately, including payment activity, status changes, system notes, and corrections
Prepare, review, and maintain account documentation with precision and proper record retention
Navigate multiple systems daily, including Buzz, Concord, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Perform data entry, tracking, and basic reporting with strong attention to detail
Support internal teams through inbound and outbound calls and account-related research
Provide administrative support to collectors, including follow-ups and task execution
Partner with supervisors and management on reporting, operational support, and special projects
Monitor workloads and prioritize tasks to meet daily service levels and deadlines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfort working across multiple systems
Ability to manage competing priorities in a compliance-driven, deadline-focused environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills and a high level of professionalism
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or financial services environments
