Automotive
Responsibilities
Staff the front desk and greet those visiting the office
Answer the multi-line phone
Run errands on campus
Inventory and other office supplies
File
Prepare and send mailings
Photocopy
Preparing a newsletter
Updating the division contact list
General office upkeep
Other duties assigned by the office staff
Assist with set up or other event tasks
Qualification
Required
High school degree
Confidentiality is essential
Punctual and self-starter
Customer service oriented
Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Detail oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to interface effectively with a diverse clientele
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel primarily) and Google Suite
Proficiency or familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Sign and Spark; and online databases
Preferred
Understanding of campus offices a plus!
