Responsibilities

Process Optimization Across Facilities: Lead efforts to develop best practices and optimize manufacturing processes across multiple buildings and production sites. Focus on increasing productivity, streamlining workflows, and reducing waste while improving quality
Lead Time Reduction Across the Network: Analyze and standardize workflows to reduce lead times across facilities. Work closely with local operations teams to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that improve speed and flexibility in production
Quality Management and Standardization: Ensure processes across all sites meet rigorous quality standards. Implement standardized processes and quality control systems to ensure consistency and reduce variability. Lead cross-facility initiatives to improve product quality and resolve any quality issues
Cross-Site Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics to monitor process performance across the network of facilities. Develop and track KPIs for each site and generate insights to guide decision-making for improvements across the entire network
Collaboration with Operations Leadership: Work closely with operations leadership at each location to understand unique challenges and opportunities. Build strong partnerships to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives, share best practices, and drive consistency in results across the network
Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Drive the application of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across multiple sites to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and foster a culture of operational excellence
Technology and Automation Integration: Evaluate and implement new technologies, automation solutions, and process improvements that can be standardized and scaled across the facilities to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual processes, and improve product quality
Training and Development: Provide training and mentoring to both engineering teams and operations personnel on process improvements, best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies. Foster a culture of learning and development across the network
Documentation and Reporting: Develop and standardize process documentation, SOPs, and best practice guides across all sites. Provide regular status updates and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting KPI’s, key achievements and areas for further improvement

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years in process engineering with a track record of transformational change in manufacturing operations
Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Power BI) to monitor performance and drive process improvements
Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong project management skills, including managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders

Preferred

Experience in apparel embellishment or textile printing industries
Experience with deploying automation, machine learning, and AI
Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or equivalent
Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing software systems
