The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will supervise behavioral services for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, oversee treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities
Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and goals
Implement, monitor, and adjust treatment programs based on data and client progress
Provide weekly supervision to RBTs (in-person and/or remote)
Deliver monthly parent/caregiver training
Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including session notes, reports
Ensure all clinical services adhere to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
Collaborate with team members to promote a supportive therapeutic environment
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA certification
Maryland LBA or willingness to obtain licensure prior to employment
Strong understanding of ABA methodologies including DTT, NET/NATS, and VB
Experience supervising RBTs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
Must pass a background check
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional, respectful relationships
Commitment to ethical practice following BACB guidelines
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Dedication to ongoing professional development and training
BCBA Certification (Required)
