Associate Director, Athletics Event Operations

Responsibilities
Serve as primary event manager for assigned sports, and provide assistance for other team members as needed
Oversee parking and transportation for assigned sports
Coordinate and distribute all event credentials
Manage building scheduling and maintenance for assigned facilities
Assist with all National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) championships hosted by GT Athletics
Oversee assigned operations and facilities budgets
Oversee or work special events and rentals as assigned
Manage special projects as assigned
Partner to develop and execute contingency plans for emergency and severe weather scenarios
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid State of Georgia Driver's License
Three years of job related experience
Skills in Conflict Management, Service, Safety Awareness, Decision Making & Problem Solving, Quality Orientation, Adaptability, Collaboration and good written and verbal communication skills
