Responsibilities

Answers telephone inquiries from members relating to all servicing functions including, but not limited to: making payments, tech support online banking mortgage portal, payment posting questions, escrow analysis questions, setting appropriate tasks, updating member information, processing payoffs, processing curtailments, preparing routine letters, providing monthly billing statements, doing account research, etc

Performs other job duties assigned by supervisor including, but not limited to: assisting with mortgage servicing inbox tasks, audit doc preparation, and system testing
Responsible for adhering to and complying with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, adhering to CU policies and procedures, and completing required training by due date

Required

1-2 years combined experience in Customer Service, Banking and/or Mortgage
High School Diploma or GED required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Mortgage Servicing System (MSP Black Knight), Core Banking System, Microsoft Office
Customer Service skills, Analytical problem solving skills, ability to work independently or as part of a team, self-motivated, effective time management, high levels of personal organization
