Responsibilities
Provide administrative business partnership and support for leaders in Global Server Operations (GSO) and Data Center Operations (DCOps)
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, event planning, create expense reports, etc.)
Be the heart of the team and help drive culture, connection, and fun and an active contributor to the broader Administrative Business Partner community
Be an engaged collaborator and team player, willing to lean in where needed in support of the whole team
Learn quickly, multitask, and be calm and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in project management, event planning or program management
Preferred
3 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution
