Responsibilities
Perform routine and complex laboratory testing (hematology, chemistry, immunology, blood bank, urinalysis)
Analyze and interpret test results; report findings accurately and timely
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment
Follow quality control, safety, and infection control procedures
Document results and maintain laboratory records per policy and regulations
CLS Generalist role (no microbiology required)
Qualification
Required
Current California CLS or MLS license
TB clearance completed within the past 12 months
