Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex, responsive UI components using Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Build reusable UI components and follow best practices for scalable, maintainable front-end architecture
Collaborate with backend and full-stack engineers to integrate UI components with APIs and services
Own quality end-to-end by writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and ensuring high test coverage
Apply shift-left testing practices, identifying defects early in the development lifecycle
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies
Troubleshoot and resolve UI performance, accessibility, and usability issues
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated UI testing
Ensure secure coding practices and adherence to enterprise UI standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
5+ years of professional experience in UI/front-end development
Strong hands-on experience with Angular and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Proven experience building enterprise-grade user interfaces
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for UI applications
Familiarity with modern testing frameworks and tools (Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex UI issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred
Experience working in an SDLC 2.0 or quality-ownership model
Familiarity with shift-left testing and test-driven development (TDD)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated UI testing integration
Exposure to micro frontend architectures
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization
Background working in Agile/Scrum environments
