DOT / Fleet Administrator
Responsibilities
Assisting with basic accounting and administrative tasks
Processing and maintaining DOT inspection reports
Ordering fuel and managing related documentation
Creating and maintaining reports related to mileage, tonnage, inventory, insurance, and fleet data
Managing vehicle tags and maintaining Pike Pass additions and deletions
Preparing bills of sale and maintaining vehicle title documentation
Maintaining and reconciling vehicle insurance records
Entering service orders and supporting maintenance operations
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting fleet operations with working knowledge of federal DOT regulations
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments
Able to manage details in a paper-heavy, evolving environment
