Responsibilities
Assist Purple Wave customers in coordinating the shipment of equipment, ensuring timely and efficient transportation
Collect data from internal and external sources
Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel
Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence
Manage administrative tasks related to shipping operations, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing
Prepare and organize shipping documents accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
Assist with coordinating the removal and delivery of equipment
Maintain clear, effective communication channels with customers and carriers, providing shipment status updates and promptly addressing inquiries or concerns
Conduct post-delivery follow-up with customers to gather feedback, address any issues, and ensure satisfaction with the shipping experience
Assist in resolving shipping-related issues or discrepancies
Uphold Purple Wave's standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence in all interactions
Undertake additional assigned duties as requested
Qualification
Required
High School Degree or GED, with some college education preferred
At least one year of experience in a professional office environment
Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively on demand
Demonstrate honesty in all interactions, maintaining integrity in resolving customer complaints
Proficiency in using software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Applicants must be either a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S
Requires the ability to satisfactorily complete a background check
Preferred
Spanish speaking bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply
