Responsibilities
Oversee the development and maintenance of DLP policies and integrations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the DLP Administration team, providing guidance, support, and priority management
Develop DLP policy roadmap in accordance with company risk tolerance
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall data security strategy
Coordinate and escalate technical issues with vendors and other teams
Provide training and awareness programs to staff on data protection practices
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify policy effectiveness and implement improvements to data loss detections
Stay up to date with the latest developments in data security and DLP technologies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data loss prevention
Experience leading and managing a team
Experience operating DLP tools and technologies
Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Information Security or Computer Science
CISSP or CISM Certifications
Preferred
Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
