Qualification
Required

Experience working in occupied buildings

Able to quote small repairs and recommend solutions
Own tools, equipment, and reliable vehicle
Ability to document work performed (photos + notes)
Must pass required Iowa childcare facility background checks
Must comply with center safety and supervision policies onsite
Preferred
Commercial or institutional facilities experience
School, childcare, medical, or regulated building experience
Licensed trade background (electrical, mechanical, or building trades)
OSHA safety training

Ability to handle small project scopes independently
