Leads a matrix team to design, execute, and manage a system-wide learning and development strategy, including leadership development for all leadership levels
Drives leadership development initiatives aligned with business goals, providing coaching and mentoring as needed
Oversees the design, implementation, and tracking of leadership development programs and individual development plans
Develops and maintains high-quality instructional materials, staying current with learning science and leadership development trends
Maintains professional expertise in learning science, leadership development, and technology through ongoing research and development
Guides strategy for innovative learning solutions and benchmarks best practices across the learning and development landscape
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's
5+ leadership experience
DiSC Certification (DISC)
Preferred
Master's
Experience leading training, talent development teams; healthcare experience
Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator Certified Practitioner (MBTI Certified Practitioner)
