Responsibilities
Manage and Supervise quality issues with customer (Cost of No Quality), providing feedback to the supply chain owners and following up with action plans for constant improvement of processes and products
Turn consumer complaints data into management information, create and analyze tendencies
Be focal point for customer food safety inquiries, gather information from supply chain Departments and deliver a conclusive report
Receive and act on regulatory information, mails, letters, and internet
Analyze and promote sustainable practices associated with their area, improve existing ones if possible, and attend to new proposals associated with sustainability linked to the area, its collaborators or its operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4-6 years, preferably in food, pharmaceutical or automotive industry
Education: Industrial Engineer, Chemical Engineer, Food Scientist, Biochemical Engineer
Degree Master of Science, Engineering, Quality or MBA desired Experience
Managerial experience in a 24 hr x 7 – day operation
Language: English Required, Spanish Preferred
