Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for Intern, Co-op and Campus Ambassador candidates
Coordinate campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions
Maintain candidate data and track progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
Help plan and execute onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities for interns and co-ops
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for early talent participants
Monitor program metrics and feedback to support continuous improvement
Assist with communications, newsletters, and event logistics
Work on reports, presentations, and documentation related to recruitment and program operations
Participate in special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems is a plus
Passion for talent development and creating exceptional candidate experiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
