Responsibilities
Train across multiple production areas and follow standardized work instructions
Assist with basic operation of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
Support preparation, cleaning, and processing of molds, equipment, and parts
Learn to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, bonding, forming, curing, trimming, and drilling
Use simple measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check work accuracy
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Assist with chemical cleaning, sanding, blending, and de-burring of parts
Help move, load, and deliver parts; occasionally assist with hoists or lifting devices
Qualification
Required
Participation in a relevant educational program
Must be at least 18 years old at time of employment start
Interest in mechanical, autobody, or manufacturing work
Basic ability to use hand tools and measuring devices
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Preferred
Manufacturing or shop‑class experience preferred but not required
