Responsibilities
Manage complex product development programs through the build process
Lead and mentor junior program managers while actively managing your own portfolio of programs
Present program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership
Oversee 1-5 concurrent programs depending on scope and complexity (ranging from 6-24 month cycles)
Collaborate with engineering, design, suppliers, and production teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Drive continuous improvement in program management processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of program/project management experience
Background in automotive, RV, vehicle, truck, bus, or related manufacturing
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Experience mentoring and developing team members
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD software (Siemens Teamcenter/NX) and Jira a plus
