Responsibilities
Work on a summer-long ergonomic project to identify and recommend improvements
Partner with the compliance team to update safety policies and procedures
Complete job safety analysis for various warehouse tasks
Create engaging training videos to promote safety awareness
Shadow safety audits in the warehouse to observe and learn best practices
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Keen interest in workplace safety and ergonomics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally
Preferred
Junior or Senior status preferred
Video editing experience is a plus
