Responsibilities
Design and support electrical control systems for new and existing equipment
Create and maintain electrical schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation
Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, motor drives, and control systems
Support equipment wiring, startup, testing, and validation
Integrate and debug high-speed vision systems
Troubleshoot electrical issues for production and assembly teams
Support continuous improvement and engineering standards
Qualification
Required
BSEE required
5+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
PLC programming experience (Allen-Bradley)
Experience with food & beverage packaging or high-speed machinery
Strong understanding of industrial circuitry and 3-phase power
Hands-on wiring and troubleshooting skills
Solid communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
AutoCAD Electrical experience (plus)
