Responsibilities
Provide meaningful support to federal customers
Create reports describing complex system networking/architecture, network traffic analysis, and device image analysis
Support documentation generation for a highly skilled team of software developers and analysts
Qualification
Required
TS clearance with ability to pass CI polygraph
4+ years of experience
5 days a week in office
Strong technical knowledge of IT systems
Ability to independently create reports describing complex system networking/architecture
Ability to perform network traffic analysis
Ability to perform device image analysis
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with computer network / IT systems and how they function cohesively
Understanding of general operating system functionality and directory structures of Linux, Windows, and MacOS
Ability to execute basic CLI commands within a Linux environment (Move, copy, navigate directories, search, launch programs, etc.)
Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms, Kubernetes, and containerization, and how they function/operate
Basic knowledge of network management and configuration including VLAN, VPN, SSH tunneling, firewalls, Linux-based routing
Preferred
Scripting and IT automation including bash, python, and/or PowerShell is not a hard requirement, but good to have
