The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making within the organization, including creating interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities
Perform complex data analyses to identify trends and patterns
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
Integrate data from various sources for analysis
Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
Provide guidance and support to junior BI developers
Create visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Optimize BI processes for performance
Document BI processes and workflows
Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information

Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years' job related experience
Significant experience in performing complex data analyses and developing interactive dashboards
Strong background in data integration and visualization
Proven ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Experience in optimizing BI processes for performance
Familiarity with data security measures is required
Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis
Strong experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics
Proficiency in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL for querying and managing databases
Skills in performing complex data analyses to identify trends and patterns
Experience in integrating data from various sources
Ability to create visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Providing guidance and support to junior BI developers
Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
Implementing data security measures to protect sensitive information
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a closely related field. In lieu of bachelor's degree, four years of related experience will equal to bachelor's degree
