Responsibilities
Source, recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates using traditional and innovative recruiting methods
Manage applicant databases and maintain ongoing communication with candidates
Provide job information and coordinate interviews, testing, and hiring steps
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with managers to evaluate and refine recruiting strategies
Research and implement new recruiting sources, platforms, and networks
Oversee onboarding processes and ensure completion of required documentation
Perform employee check-ins at multiple client locations as needed
Manage payroll functions and ensure accurate timekeeping
Maintain employee rosters for multiple departments and supervisors
Collaborate closely with client management teams to support workforce needs
Recruit and fill job orders as needed based on client demand
Conduct employee orientations and on-site onboarding
Serve as the on-site point of contact for employees
Provide operational and administrative support to the branch office when necessary
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Qualification
Required
Recruiting: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Commute: Bolingbrook, IL (Required)
Independent self-starter with strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication and customer service skills
Computer literate and able to meet deadlines
Preferred
Recruitment or job placement experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
