Responsibilities
Assist production operators with daily manufacturing tasks
Prepare materials, tools, and workstations for production runs
Monitor production processes and report issues to supervisors
Perform basic quality inspections and document results
Label, package, and move finished products as required
Maintain a clean and organized production area (5S)
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Support inventory counts and material tracking as needed
Perform other production-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic math and documentation skills
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation
Repetitive motions such as bending, lifting, and reaching
Preferred
Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin and English
Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus, but not required
