Responsibilities
Enhance and maintain analytics and reporting capabilities across financial and operational data
Support improvements to reporting infrastructure, including tools such as PowerBI, Power Query, Power Pivot, and related data models
Partner with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into scalable solutions
Support systems initiatives and implementations, including data integrations, process changes, and tooling enhancements
Manage day-to-day execution of analytics and systems work while aligning to provided strategy and priorities
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting outputs
Contribute to future-state data architecture and reporting enhancements
Support cross-functional analytical requests and ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience
Strong background in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
Experience working with data systems, tools, or implementations in a business environment
Proficiency in Excel with advanced data capabilities (Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling)
Ability to manage operational logistics while executing against defined strategic direction
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Preferred
Experience supporting finance, operations, or enterprise reporting environments
Familiarity with financial or operational data structures
Experience with data transformation, automation, or reporting optimization
Comfort partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders
