Power Unit Biller ( Diesel)

Epika Fleet Services is a network of mobile and in-shop preventative maintenance service centers focused on commercial fleets across the country. They are seeking a remote mobile repair biller responsible for converting on-site repair work into accurate invoices and managing customer billing.

Responsibilities

Invoice creation and processing - Review tech notes to create accurate, detailed, and timely invoices from repair orders
Documentation management - Ensure all repairs are properly documented, including parts used and service times, prior to closing and billing
Parts and labor reconciliation - Verify that labor hours are within standard repair times and that parts are correctly documented
Customer service and communication - Liaise between technicians and customers, providing updates and resolving billing questions or complaints

Required

Previous experience in billing, preferably in the automotive or heavy-duty truck industry
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills for handling customer complaints and liaising with service technicians, regional managers, and general managers
High accuracy in standard repair times, work details and descriptions, and following customer agreed billing practices

Preferred

Previous experience on a billing team, in a repair facility service department, or in fleet maintenance management and service
